With the Indian South West monsoon in its fag-end, many of us would have already gone through roof leaks, connected panic due to water falling on electrical panels, expensive equipment, wet walls, damp carpets etc. We tend to think of the roofs only when they spring leaks.

Please be aware that most of the roof and related areas inspections would mean employees working at heights above 2 Mts. This would call for work permits, related safety training, use of all appropriate PPE, effort co-ordination and effective supervision.
